I've been a member of the Texas State Guard since 2017. The Texas State Guard is a voluntary organization that performs civil affairs duties within the State of Texas. We are not an armed service, we do not deploy overseas. Our missions directly support communities within Texas. Our missions include

Service Commitment: 1-2 Days per month training. 1 week per year annual training (4 days), State Active Duty Response.

Eligibility requirements: Texas Resident for 180 days, Possess a Texas Driver's License, age 18-67 years old, Pass background check, meet physical standards, pass medical review.
